📋 Description
- Develop and implement government affairs strategies for US therapeutic areas
- Serve as liaison between US Government Affairs and therapeutic business units
- Build relationships with third-party organizations to support policy advocacy
- Provide policy insights to brand teams and lifecycle planning
- Monitor external environment and advise on policy impacts
- Collaborate cross-functionally for global alignment and resource planning
🎯 Requirements
- Ten+ years in pharma, healthcare policy, or government affairs
- Expertise in policy, stakeholder development, and access/reimbursement
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage external partners
- Bachelor’s in related field; advanced degree preferred
- Domestic travel up to 30%
