Website Lead

📋 Description

• Own the website portfolio end to end: roadmap, quality, tech setup, integrations, performance
• Manage multiple websites and localized language versions with shared templates/components.
• Lead and develop the in-house web team; set priorities, plan sprints, weekly reviews, manage
• Establish delivery and release processes to ship changes quickly while maintaining stability and
• Manage external contractors/agencies: budgets, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder priorities.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows and automations to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years on high-traffic marketing websites; 2+ years in leadership; B2B SaaS preferred.
• Experience managing multiple websites/markets in a complex digital environment.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS; read code, troubleshoot lightweight JavaScript.
• Experience delivering website projects; sprint planning, releases; work with contractors/agencies.
• Strong WordPress expertise: multisite, CMS architecture, integrations, performance, workflows.
• AI in daily workflows; familiar with ChatGPT/Claude and automations via n8n/Make or similar.
