• Own master franchisee relationships across AMEA

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%
• 15+ years ops/marketing/brand strategy in Asia for a global brand
• Experience in franchised systems a bonus
• Strong general management, retail ops and financial acumen
• Advanced consultative skills; persuade senior leaders
