📋 Description

• Lead a team of full-stack engineers for the AI Experience Framework
• Partner with product, design, and UX teams to deliver AI-first experiences
• Manage daily development activities: planning and delivery
• Guide architecture decisions across the request path and framework APIs
• Drive cross-org roadmap and escalate critical production issues
• Mentor and grow engineers; manage resources and staffing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into workflows or AI-powered tooling
• 10+ years with JavaScript and strong experience in Java/C++
• 5+ years leading core software engineering teams
• Experience coaching and growing engineers at various levels
• Advanced experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, or Lit)
• Server-side rendering and Node.js concepts; multi-team coordination
