📋 Description

• Own the technical vision, architecture, and operations of enterprise systems and AI use cases.
• Lead Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and integration ecosystem at scale in a public
• Build and operate AI agent workflows with governance and security controls.
• Collaborate with CRO, CISO, and CFO to ensure compliance, audibility, and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering at
• Proven experience deploying and governing AI agents/LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM at scale; strong NetSuite and Snowflake knowledge.
• Experience with API gateways, secrets management, identity-based access control, and CI/CD for
• SOX ITGC experience with audit evidence in a public company context (last 3 years).
• Led multi-functional platform teams and vendor governance; strong stakeholder management.
