• Software & AI engineering foundation: 5+ years in Software/AI/ML Eng
• Development Skills: Python, RESTful/async APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS or GCP)
• GenAI & Agentic Systems: LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangGraph, MCP
• LLM Infra & Evals: proxies/gateways, model routing, evaluation tooling
• Architecture & Trade-offs: quality, latency, security, scalability
• Language & Communication: Advanced English
