🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with growth/marketing exposure.
• Ownership of a website or technical growth surface as a product with strategy and outcomes.
• Comfort across full stack: CMS architecture, APIs, integrations, AI-powered tooling.
• Experience building and shipping growth-oriented products/tools.
• Strong technical judgment to evaluate/manage SEO/AEO and website ops long-term.
