Medical Assistant I - Part Time

📋 Description

• Provide live video check-in/out support for patients
• Provide live phone and messaging support for patients
• Support Care Team, including virtual physicians, APPs and RNs
• Plan for each patient’s medical needs from initial outreach, care coordination, to resolution
• Assist with order process, sending requisition forms and coordinating referrals
• Close the loop with providers after referrals, collecting patient notes

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification
• 1+ year of experience as Medical Assistant in primary/urgent/multi-specialty clinic
• Spanish language fluency; verbal and written proficiency exams (if moved to required)
