📋 Description

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake appointment and follow-up
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients
• Follow evidence-based guidelines (measurement-based care, patient-centered care, minimize risks
• Provide care for minors (0-17) and adults with in-person options

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program OR accredited PA program with PANCE certification
• Unrestricted state license without disciplinary action
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Additional certification/experience with minors (0-17) preferred
• Must have office space to see clients in Sioux Falls, SD
