• Bachelors or equivalent health-related degree.
• Monitoring: minimum 5 years.
• Direct line management experience: minimum 2 years.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
• Experience across therapeutic areas and study phases.
• Regulatory and QA knowledge (GCP, ICH, SOPs, CAPA).
