📋 Description

• Coordinate development, implementation, scheduling, operation, and evaluation of residential
• Train, supervise, and evaluate DSPs; motivate staff.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment prioritizing teamwork and safety.
• Manage staff scheduling and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement ISP goals, BSPs, and other plans.
• Monitor service quality and participate in audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, education, or related field (or
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience in human services.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership to coach and mentor a diverse team.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in disability services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
