Reliability Analyst (R5728)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain a trusted, configuration-aware reliability dataset that connects fleet data
• Improve completeness, consistency, traceability, and usability of reliability records against
• Calculate and publish reliability and maintainability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, failure rate
• Establish repeatable reporting packages for fleet health reviews and top-degrader discussions.
• Analyze failure and maintenance data to identify trends, recurring defects, and candidate degraders
• Build reliability-specific dashboards to reduce manual data prep and provide timely, decision-ready

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Systems
• 2+ years of reliability analysis, maintenance analytics, quality reporting, product health, or
• Ability to collect, clean, join, and structure data from multiple operational, maintenance
• Experience developing metrics/dashboards/reports that improved decision-making and visibility.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python, Salesforce, Foundry, or similar data tools.
• Working knowledge of MTBF, MTTR, failure rate, and operational availability.
