Staff AI Acceleration Engineer

📋 Description

• Define the architecture and technical strategy for Dave’s AI Agent Factory.
• Design MCP server architecture and AI-ready data access layer.
• Architect integrations between AI agents and Dave’s semantic layer.
• Establish governance-by-design for authentication, authorization, and auditability.
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality and performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Security, and Product to set AI standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, Engineering, Math, IS, or related field.
• 8+ years in software/platform/data/ML/AI engineering.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI platforms or autonomous agent systems.
• Deep experience connecting LLMs to structured enterprise data via APIs, semantic layers, or
• Experience designing MCP servers, function-calling frameworks, or AI connectivity patterns.
• Strong fundamentals and experience building scalable, distributed systems.
