Method Development and Validation Research Technician I

📋 Description

• Develop, validate, and transfer immunoassays and bioanalytical methods (ADA, PK, Nab, MSD, ELISA
• Plan and manage routine and non-routine projects with guidance.
• Evaluate manufactured products and develop fit-for-purpose assays.
• Create validation plans, test methods, worksheets, and deviation reports for review by Scientific
• Compile data and report progression with the Scientific Director; use ERP/LIMS as needed.
• Communicate project updates to internal teams and clients; work solo or in teams to meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. with 3-4 years of method development/validation experience; M.A. with 2-3 years; Ph.D.
• Experience in designing, validating, and/or performing immunoassays; Pharma/CRO or clinical lab
• Ability to read/write SOPs, technical reports, and method protocols; US work authorization without
• Strong data analysis, MS Word/Excel skills; ability to troubleshoot assays; multitasking and time
