📋 Description

• Provide exceptional guest experiences and support store goals during peak periods.
• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Assist with shipment, receiving, and processing, on-floor replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Support safe, clean, and inviting store operations and visual standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to address business needs and guest requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations environment
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate with guests
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Experience with inventory control, shopping floor replenishment, and merchandise visibility
• Collaborative, with ability to work with teams and management
• Willingness to work flexible seasonal hours including busy Black Friday/holiday period
