Job Captain, Healthcare Architecture

📋 Description

• Lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams across all design phases
• Provide Revit support for project documents
• Utilize internal resource groups for design
• Prepare design and construction documents
• Assist PM/Architect with construction services and site visits
• Perform project code searches and budget/schedule reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Architecture
• Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field
• Healthcare project experience strongly preferred
• Revit skills
• Knowledge of Newforma
• Knowledge of building codes; ability to coordinate complete contract documents
