Legal Counsel (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Advising on live deals: secondaries, post-close issues, consent requirements, legacy deals with
• Directly engaging with customers, including syndicate leads and investors
• Amending and reissuing contracts and templates to remove blockers
• Handling regulatory questions across jurisdictions as we launch in the US
• Working with engineers and ops to turn legal decisions into templates and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years PQE with strong academic background
• Commercial or corporate background, familiarity with M&A
• Commercial judgment and ability to make calls without a second opinion
• Confidence speaking with customers and in difficult conversations
