📋 Description

• Lead drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation of SaaS enterprise contracts (MSAs, DPAs, NDAs
• Partner with enterprise sales and stakeholders to provide practical legal advice throughout the
• Negotiate strategic agreements across the EMEA region and globally as needed.
• Advise on data privacy, IP, information security, corporate matters, and risk mitigation.
• Provide HR-related legal guidance and support product initiatives with safeguards.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and admission to the bar in at least one European jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of professional legal experience with focus on commercial/sales contracts.
• In-house experience supporting enterprise SaaS or tech sales teams.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, TOS, and related SaaS contracts.
• Strong understanding of EU law; UK/US familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent English drafting/negotiation skills; strong stakeholder management.
