Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead drafting, review, redlining of SaaS enterprise contracts
• Negotiate MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, TOS, and related agreements
• Advise on data privacy, IP, security, and corporate matters
• Guide HR-related legal projects and employment topics
• Support product launches with legal risk assessments
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and external counsel

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and bar admission in at least one EU jurisdiction
• 4+ years in-house or equivalent, SaaS/tech focus
• Proven experience negotiating enterprise customer agreements
• Strong understanding of EU law; UK/US knowledge preferred
• Excellent English drafting and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, able to handle many matters under deadlines
