Tech Lead, Agent Eval Platform

📋 Description

• Own the judgement layer of our agent evaluation platform
• Anchor on one focus area while touching others through collaboration
• Build scalable eval orchestration for multi-turn agent scenarios
• Improve agent observability and tracing across systems
• Develop stateful simulation environments and hermetic runs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building production backend or infrastructure systems
• Strong in Python or Go (ideally both)
• Experience with distributed systems and deterministic, measurable non-deterministic behavior
• Proven ability to tech lead and deliver end-to-end projects
• Experience designing/operating high-traffic systems
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, workflows, and async programming
