Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data models for engagement & activation
• Develop customer-level data structures for personalization & lifecycle marketing
• Translate requirements into robust Snowflake models ready for CDP
• Build pipelines to sync data with Braze, Hightouch, CDPs
• Work with identity resolution, consent frameworks, and customer profiles
• Support Customer 360 views and multi-channel audience readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Snowflake (architecture, modeling, optimization)
• Experience with customer data platforms and identity resolution
• CRM/engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, or Adobe Campaign
• Strong understanding of events, attributes, segmentation, personalization
• Experience with reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or Census
• Advanced SQL and dbt; scalable, maintainable data models
