📋 Description

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements with customers, partners, and sales teams, providing expertise
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical shoot-outs, seminars, trade shows, and customer
• Gather customer requirements and develop system designs, layouts, configurations, and technical
• Provide post-sales technical support by diagnosing product and solution issues, coordinating
• Deliver paid on-site services, including installation support, equipment setup, product
• Train sales teams, integrators, and customers on products, technologies, workflows, and solution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Broadcast/AV Engineering, or a
• 7–10 years of professional experience in the professional video, broadcast, or A/V industry.
• Working knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110 and NDI-based IP live production workflows.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating IT/IP networks, security technologies, and products
• Practical knowledge of PTZ cameras, auto-tracking technologies, streaming workflows, and
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
