📋 Description

• Lead enterprise Master Data Management across core data domains (Customer, Vendor, Material
• Define standards, governance, ownership, and data lifecycle across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Drive data governance forums with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and others.
• Design and deliver MDM solutions using Syniti, SAP MDG, or equivalents with data quality and
• Own data readiness for SAP S/4HANA transformations including profiling, cleansing, mapping, and
• Guide SAP functional, migration, integration, analytics, and business teams on data models and

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Data Management/ERP with at least 7 years in enterprise MDM leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s in IT/Data Management/Engineering or related; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA master data design across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, etc.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or major ERP transformations.
• Hands-on expertise in MDM domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, etc.).
• Experience with Syniti, SAP MDG, Informatica MDM or equivalents.
