- Own assigned content projects end-to-end.
- Design structured learning paths and programs.
- Apply instructional design methodologies for measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate production workflows and publishing.
- Collaborate with Marketing on launches and cross-functional learning initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years in instructional design or related field.
- Proven ability to own content initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Strong instructional design foundation and outcomes-driven approach.
- Experience in multimedia content production and LMS workflows.
- PM skills to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Camtasia, Articulate, Notion; strong communication.
