📋 Description

• Lead Lean tool implementation and CI projects site-wide.
• Manage tooling/fixtures, equipment, and design improvements.
• Evaluate manufacturability and propose changes early.
• Design high‑volume assembly line workflows and processes.
• Specify, procure, repair, and maintain fixtures/equipment.
• Drive safety, quality, and cost improvements in production.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Lean manufacturing implementation; Six Sigma desirable.
• BSME required; MSME preferred.
• CAD experience (ProE, AutoCAD).
• ISO 13485/medical device manufacturing experience.
• English proficiency 90%+; ability to travel to USA.
• Experience with NPI and DRF/DFM concepts.
