Job Description
📋 Description
- Develop manufacturing processes for high-rate production and improved engine performance
- Collaborate with design and analysis teams to simplify propulsion systems
- Design test setups, coordinate development, qualification, and acceptance testing
- Lead design for manufacturing (DFM) initiatives and participate in design reviews
- Support tool design, procurement, and development build/test schedules
- Perform data reviews and issue corrective actions from test results
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, technology, or mathematics field
- Hands-on hardware experience with fluid and/or mechanical systems
- Demonstrated drive to deliver on ambitious schedules with creative solutions
- 1+ years of related experience (full-time, internships or projects)
