📋 Description

• Drive project cost control from start to finish.
• Prepare financial forecasts and monitor project performance.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and final settlements.
• Analyse contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities to improve profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Engineer or Commercial Engineer
• Experience on large construction, infrastructure, industrial or building projects.
• A strong commercial mindset and excellent numerical skills.
• Knowledge of contracts, variations and cost control processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
