Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead engineering squads and partner with senior leadership to build a quality engineering
• Assist squad leaders with backlog, architecture and stakeholder management
• Collaborate across backend, frontend, infrastructure and quality practices
• Monitor squad delivery cadence and drive efficiency improvements
• Promote modern engineering practices and tools (TDD, pair programming, trunk-based development)
• Mentor engineers and coach on technology choices and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background in general engineering
• Proven delivery of large engineering initiatives across multiple teams
• Formal or demonstrated CS foundation; bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Previous team lead experience
• Solid understanding of modern CD, trunk-based development and 12-factor apps; experience with
• Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset; leave-it-better-than-you-found-it attitude
