- Cross-reference transcript content with case files, medical records, and prior discovery.
- Update case files promptly with new facts or developments.
- Discuss transcript findings and next steps with clients after deposition.
- Explain impact on case strategy clearly and accessibly.
- Maintain a high-volume review queue and accurate timekeeping.
🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation law and deposition procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain legal info in plain terms.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; capable of managing many files.
- Accurate and timely billing/time-entry habits.
