• Manage governance, delivery operating model, and platform health to reduce technical debt.
• Support sales by scoping engagements and change orders.
• Lead knowledge sharing and mentoring to develop others on the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in professional services or equivalent experience
• Management consulting experience
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Ability to operate in startup-paced environments
• Strong analytical communication for diverse audiences
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows
