- Dual portfolio role: wellness/counselling and diversity/inclusion programming.
- Provide confidential psychological and educational support to students.
- Design and own diversity, inclusion, consent, and accessibility policies.
- Collaborate with Student Life, Registrar, and leadership to foster wellbeing and belonging.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field; postgraduate
- 2-4 years direct counselling experience in HE, clinical, or community settings.
- Experience designing diversity and inclusion programming.
- Experience managing interns/peer counsellors or small teams.
