Director of DevOps & SRE

📋 Description

• Lead DevOps/SRE strategy for InvestorFlow platform across reliability, delivery throughput, and
• Manage and develop engineering leads, senior and mid-level engineers across DevOps and SRE.
• Own cloud platform reliability, performance, and cost across DEV, QA, STG, PRD with Azure primary
• Oversee CI/CD and release engineering with GitHub Actions, multi-region deployment, and advanced
• Drive Infrastructure as code with Terraform and standardised provisioning.
• Promote automation-first operating standards and self-service tooling for engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/infrastructure, 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep Microsoft Azure production experience (compute, data, secrets, identity, networking, WAF)
• Strong CI/CD background (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) and Terraform IaC with modules and state
• Production support for multi-tenant SaaS; containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.
• IAM expertise (RBAC, Privileged Access, SSO/SAML, OAuth/Auth0) and secrets management.
• Automation-first mindset with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and tooling to replace manual
