ECAD Librarian

📋 Description

• Own and grow Altium component library.
• Ensure symbols, footprints, and 3D models are accurate.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Enforce design and naming standards; ensure IPC/DFM compliance.
• Be the single source of truth for component data.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Altium Designer; Cadence Allegro/Mentor/Xpedition a plus.
• IPC land-patterns, IPC-A-610, DFM/DFA knowledge.
• Understanding of components, datasheets, pinouts, and fabrication.
• ECAD-to-PLM integration; experience with Arena/Windchill a plus.
• Scripting (Python/Perl) for library automation a plus.
• Detail-oriented; strong cross-functional communication.
