- Lead strategy, architecture, engineering, and evolution of Salesforce and revenue systems.
- Build and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, architects, administrators, and

🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise technology, with significant Salesforce ecosystem experience.
- 5+ years leading Salesforce engineering, architecture, or admin teams.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams with ownership and delivery.
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge: architecture, development, integrations, data, security
- Experience establishing modern Salesforce dev and release practices (source control, CI/CD
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance priorities, debt, and long-term maintainability.
🎁 Benefits
- Salary range: $180,000 — $225,000 USD base compensation.
