Senior Manager, Data Center Pre-Development & Site Selection

📋 Description

• Own Radiant's site pipeline across Europe and the US hands-on from initial landowner contact to
• Source and screen land, powered-shell and colocation opportunities with landowners, brokers and
• Build and maintain site pipeline and evaluation criteria from scratch.
• Negotiate heads of terms and options with legal support.
• Coordinate site visits and due diligence, often travelling on short notice.
• Brief the CDO and management with clear, first-hand site analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Attitude matters more than number of years of experience.
• Experience sourcing or evaluating sites for data centers, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Comfort working directly with landowners, brokers, utilities and local authorities.
• Willingness to travel to sites (on-site/site visits).
• Knowledge of site viability for 100MW+ GPU infrastructure (power, land, fibre, planning).
• Ability to structure and negotiate heads of terms and options.
