📋 Description
- Assist with developing and advocating for broadband and spectrum policies domestically and
- Draft pleadings, letters, and advocacy pieces for SpaceX policy positions
- Contribute to satellite spectrum policy and outreach with government officials
- Represent SpaceX before FCC, NTIA, and other regulators and authorities
- Direct regulatory practice to secure licenses and compliance for Starlink
- Develop regulatory licensing processes for system and service licensing
🎯 Requirements
- JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of regulatory and policy experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, math, chemistry, or physics beneficial
- Understanding of broadband policy and spectrum use
- Knowledge of radiofrequency spectrum tech and telecom policy abroad
- Experience with FCC and other federal agencies preferred
