🎯 Requirements

• JD from accredited law school; active U.S. bar; 5+ years post-JD.
• Experience in supplier contracts, tech agreements, equipment lease, or manufacturing.
• Strong judgment; ability to lead novel, high-stakes negotiations.
• Experience handling disputes, arbitration, and litigation strategy.
• Systems thinker; capable of scalable process design.
• Self-starter; able to lead cross-functional projects in fast pace.
