Associate Director, Product Compliance

📋 Description

• Senior individual contributor on Product Compliance, partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal
• Builds AI-enabled review workflows and documented standards to scale regulatory oversight without
• Owns advisory reviews end-to-end for product launches, changes, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate bank partner reviews and approvals for products and consumer-facing content.
• Maintain and improve AI-enabled compliance tooling and templates for fast, consistent reviews.
• Drive product risk assessments and remediation with product/engineering owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product compliance, compliance advisory, or regulatory risk within fintech, payments
• Hands-on operator with accountability for outcomes and high personal throughput.
• Deep knowledge of consumer protection regulations for lending and payments; translate requirements
• Ability to influence product/engineering decisions through clarity and credibility; no direct team
• Experience with AI tools in compliance, automation, or governance workflows.
