Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own defined compliance and audit activities with internal policies.
• Maintain risk register and Drata evidence; track remediation.
• Prepare audit docs and evidence for internal/external audits.
• Coordinate security/compliance RFIs and questionnaires.
• Support customer engagements with security posture clarifications.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate compliant workflows with human validation.

🎯 Requirements

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001; ISO 42001 is a plus.
• Knowledge of risk management, control testing, evidence standards.
• Proficient in GRC platforms and document management.
• Strong collaboration with revenue and customer teams; excellent communication.
• Ability to work with AI-enabled workflow tools while ensuring accuracy.
