Job Description
📋 Description
- Support attorneys with preparation, review, organization, and execution of structured finance
- Manage transaction checklists, closing deliverables, electronic transaction binders, and
- Prepare corporate governance materials (resolutions, certificates) for company entities.
- Support compliance with contractual, corporate, and regulatory requirements in financing
- Develop and update trackers for terms, reporting obligations, covenants, and legal requirements

🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years paralegal experience (2 years in law firm) or 4 years in in-house corporate legal
- Experience in capital markets, structured finance, financial services, or related area preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of capital markets transactions and corporate governance processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple transactions
- Excellent research, drafting, proofreading, document management, and attention to detail.
