📋 Description

• Support attorneys with preparation, review, organization, and execution of structured finance
• Manage transaction checklists, closing deliverables, electronic transaction binders, and
• Prepare corporate governance materials (resolutions, certificates) for company entities.
• Support compliance with contractual, corporate, and regulatory requirements in financing
• Develop and update trackers for terms, reporting obligations, covenants, and legal requirements
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, attorneys, and external counsel to

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years paralegal experience (2 years in law firm) or 4 years in in-house corporate legal
• Experience in capital markets, structured finance, financial services, or related area preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of capital markets transactions and corporate governance processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple transactions
• Excellent research, drafting, proofreading, document management, and attention to detail.
