Site Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee negotiation of clinical study agreements (CSAs) for assigned trials.
• Plan CSA execution strategy aligned with start-up delivery plans.
• Prepare CSA templates, payment terms, budgets, and negotiation parameters.
• Lead CSA negotiations and drive finalization and execution on timelines.
• Negotiate directly with sites in own assignment countries.
• Escalate out-of-parameter contractual and budgetary requests as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in law, business, life sciences, or equivalent combo.
• Strong CRO operational experience in Site Contracts management (local to global).
• Thorough knowledge of regulations, drug development, and project mgmt.
• Understanding of country requirements for Site Contracts in own country.
• Ability to mentor staff and support SSU management.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
