📋 Description

• Cross-functional EHSQ leadership role across Radiant’s data-center projects.
• Set safety and quality standards and apply on-site at sites and with contractors.
• Embed health and safety into outgoing RFPs and contractor responses.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on EHS or quality management on construction/industrial sites (data centres or similar).
• Willingness to travel regularly and engage in detailed site work.
• Standard-setter mindset; contribute to writing the rulebook, not just enforcement.
• Safety-first attitude with hands-on approach over specific certification.
• Nice-to-have: NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification; experience with European and US regulatory
