Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end U.S. federal/state tax returns, estimates, and extensions
- Prepare/review ASC 740 tax provisions and disclosures
- Perform technical tax research on federal/state law changes
- Support federal/state tax audits and document requests
- Own SOX controls over the income tax close process
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal
🎯 Requirements
- 5 years progressive direct/corporate tax experience
- Strong ASC 740 knowledge and tax fundamentals
- SOX/internal controls experience in tax
- SaaS/tax apportionment experience
- ERP/Tax tools: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, ONESOURCE, Corptax
- Advanced Excel; Power BI/Alteryx is a plus
