• Own the full recruitment life cycle across functions

• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and timing

• Maintain compliance and accuracy in Ashby ATS
• Support People Team projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Creative sourcing across Product, Finance, Tech, Sales, Admin
• Strong candidate assessment across disciplines
• Hands-on with Ashby ATS and Workday HRIS
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Suite
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
