• Own the accuracy and integrity of semi-monthly US payroll processing for a high-growth AI-Powered
• Support our US payroll operations with opportunities to assist international processes.
• Collaborate with the People Operations & Payroll Team to ensure compliance across federal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on US payroll processing experience with multi-state operations.
• Working knowledge of FLSA and labor regulations, including overtime, exemptions, and wage/hour
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax withholding laws and accurate payroll
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data reconciliations and audits with high accuracy and analytical rigor.
