• Lead multiple software teams within FanDuel’s Sportsbook Core Apps Enablement.
• Own platform capabilities, tooling, and BFF services for scalable delivery.
• Balance customer delivery with developer experience and long-term risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with mobile, BFF, and platform teams to enable reusable tech.
• Define roadmaps and ensure reliable, scalable enablement services.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software roles
• 5+ years managing SE teams
• Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Web) and BFF
• Proven track record building developer tools and enablement services
• Delivery in consumer-facing, high-energy environments
