- Lead end-to-end software delivery and release management.
- Coordinate release plans with product, eng, QA, and ops teams.
- Ensure on-time, quality software deployments.
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and automation in releases.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years in a similar delivery/Release role.
- Proven cross-functional leadership in fast-paced settings.
- Strong SDLC, CI/CD, and release management knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and time management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
