M365 Migration Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead complex Microsoft 365 migrations across enterprise environments (tenant-to-tenant, AD-to-M365).
• Develop migration plans, tenant configurations, execution strategies, and user adoption approaches.
• Migrate mailboxes, groups, public folders, calendars, and other messaging objects with migration
• Configure and troubleshoot Quest On Demand Migration or BitTitan MigrationWiz for large-scale
• Lead Entra ID migration and hybrid identity configurations, including identity consolidation and
• Collaborate with security, network, infrastructure, and support teams to coordinate dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience performing technical migrations or Microsoft 365 implementations.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migrations for enterprise or external clients.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, identity management, and
• Practical experience with tenant-to-tenant and/or AD-to-M365 migrations.
• Strong PowerShell skills to automate migration tasks and directory object management.
• Experience with Entra ID, hybrid identity, and related authentication protocols; MS certifications
