Engineering Manager, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Lead a team within our build, test, and deploy platform organization powering CI/CD for CoreWeave
• Blend hands-on technical judgment with people leadership; guide CI, build systems, artifact
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leads on day-to-day design and operational
• Translate platform strategy into concrete, achievable work for your team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years of people leadership on platform teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building/operating CI, build or artifact platforms at scale.
• Strong SDLC knowledge, code review workflows, trunk-based development.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving team execution with measurable outcomes.
