Manager - Statistical Programming (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Leads statistical programming activities for a compound/indication or therapeutic area in early
• Manages a team of statistical programmers and resource planning for staff.
• Ensures timely deliverables and adherence to quality processes.
• Develops SAS programs for ADaM datasets following CDISC standards.
• Develops SAS programs for Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLF).
• Oversees ADaM data set consistency across studies; creates regulatory docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Statistics or Mathematics
• 10+ years relevant experience (8+ with a Masters)
• Experience leading a team of statistical programmers
• Proficient in SAS programming for drug development
• Deep understanding of CDISC Standards
• Experience with ADaM development and TLF generation
